The Senior Accountant manages monthly financial operations, including close processes, reporting, ERP reconciliation, and process improvements within the Finance team.

Lead development of advanced budgeting, forecasting, and financial models; perform margin and variance analysis; build executive dashboards and KPIs; partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and growth opportunities; drive ROI analyses and improve reporting through AI, automation, and analytics.

Support product development from concept to production: manage PLM entries, track samples and timelines, communicate with factories and vendors, maintain records and spreadsheets, assist with fittings, and provide administrative and cross-functional support.
