Inside Sales Representative responsible for achieving sales targets with OEM prospects and customers. Duties include prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, securing orders, expanding accounts, and coordinating fulfillment. The role requires customer relationship management, product knowledge, CRM and ERP usage, order monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to meet delivery and service expectations.

The Mechanical/Application Engineer will design wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, and support manufacturing processes.

Outside sales role focused on driving revenue in maritime and subsea markets by developing territory strategy, acquiring new customers, expanding key accounts, and closing technical sales for interconnect and engineered components. Requires collaboration with engineering for customized solutions, managing full sales cycle, attending industry events, and maintaining CRM and sales forecasts. Extensive travel (30-40%) and independent territory management expected.
