Lead IJM's global talent acquisition strategy and operations: standardize recruiting workflows, govern Workday Recruiting, ensure legal and data-privacy compliance, establish recruiting metrics and analytics, strengthen employer branding and sourcing, supervise the U.S. recruiting team and guide regional teams, and personally execute full‑cycle senior and global functions hiring as needed.

Support planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated global marketing campaigns. Assist with discovery, creative briefs, cross-channel coordination, performance data collection, asset rollouts, and stakeholder communication. Work closely with Creative, Digital, and regional teams to ensure on-brand execution and continuous improvement. Participate in spiritual formation community and comply with background checks and faith requirements.
