Build Mimica’s product marketing function and own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, market research, customer narratives, sales enablement, and marketing collateral. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Content, Demand Generation, and other teams to translate technically complex AI and enterprise software capabilities into compelling stories for varied industries, personas, use cases, and customer segments.

Serve as a strategic post-sales advisor helping enterprise customers achieve business outcomes with Mimica. Build customer success plans, provide product support, interpret process intelligence outputs, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partners, Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams. Drive onboarding, training, adoption, account expansion, stakeholder alignment, and customer feedback for roadmap development.
