What we are building

Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform enabling enterprises and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource: time. We've all seen repetitive tasks and redundant processes quietly drain productivity and creativity. Not because companies don’t want to become more efficient, but because they don’t know where to start.

At the click of a button, Mimica identifies every process improvement and agentic AI opportunity across an enterprise. Our software turns everyday work into data-backed decisions, helping companies remove process bottlenecks, automate the right tasks, and upskill teams with precision and confidence.

We’ve raised $26 million in Series B financing and are scaling fast. Backed by investors including Khosla Ventures and Paladin Capital, our proprietary AI technology is trusted by Fortune 500 companies to accelerate transformation. Mimica is recognized as a Top 100 AI Start-up by Accel and an industry Leader by the Everest Group.

Behind our platform is a team of exceptionally talented people, remote-first and globally distributed across 16+ countries. We're looking for curious, collaborative people excited to solve complex problems. You'll join a fast-paced environment built on high ownership, bottom-up thinking, and transparent, open communication – helping some of the world's leading organizations transform the way work gets done with AI.

Your Mission

As a Product Marketing Manager at Mimica, you'll be one of the first two people building our product marketing function from the ground up. You'll own how Mimica is positioned in the market — getting close enough to the product and the people building it that you can translate genuinely technical capabilities into narratives customers actually care about.

Part of your day-to-day
  • Own and evolve positioning for Mimica’s products, capabilities, and use cases, translating technical concepts into differentiated and compelling customer-facing narratives.

  • Partner with Product from early development through launch, defining target audiences, positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and launch plans.

  • Research customers, competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to establish the ground truth behind our positioning and inform both Product and GTM strategy.

  • Translate our core product positioning into narratives tailored to different industries, use cases, personas, enterprise segments, and customer needs.

  • Develop high-quality messaging and assets such as one-pagers, product decks, website copy, launch materials, use-case narratives, and industry-specific collateral.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Sales to provide the product insights, competitive intelligence, messaging foundations, and customer context needed to build effective talk tracks and sales materials.

  • Work closely with Content, Demand Generation, and other Marketing functions to turn product and market insights into campaigns, thought leadership, events, and content.

  • Establish repeatable frameworks, processes, and ways of working as one of the foundational hires on the team.

What you will bring
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role within B2B SaaS, with relevant prior experience in product management, technical consulting, solutions consulting, software engineering, or other technically oriented roles considered a strong plus.

  • Experience bringing a new product, feature, or solution to market from an early stage and shaping its positioning from the ground up.

  • Experience marketing complex enterprise software, ideally across multiple buyer personas and stakeholders.

  • Strong product curiosity and the ability to understand technically sophisticated products in depth.

  • Experience adapting a horizontal technology or platform story for different industries, use cases, personas, or customer segments.

  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, polished customer-facing messaging.

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize customer, product, competitive, and market inputs into a clear point of view.
