Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through closing and new business development. Build executive-level relationships within the building construction, design, and real estate industries; qualify complex opportunities using MEDDICC; maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts; achieve sales targets; and collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams. The role is based on the US West Coast and requires travel across North America as needed.

Leads the technical side of sales opportunities for water management and leak mitigation solutions. Responsibilities include customer discovery, solution design, reviewing MEP and construction drawings, site surveys, technical presentations, product demonstrations, RFP/RFI support, pilot projects, and deployment handover. The role collaborates with developers, owners, contractors, consultants, and facility teams while providing field feedback to Product and R&D. Travel of approximately 15% within the U.S. is required.
