The role is based on the US West Coast and requires travel across North America as needed.
We are seeking a seasoned, results-driven Account Executive with a proven track record in SaaS and building technology sales in the enterprise commercial market. You bring a combination of professional energy, strategic focus, and disciplined execution to every stage of the sales cycle. With a high level of initiative and ownership, you excel at prospecting, building relationships at the executive level, and managing a structured, high-quality pipeline. You are methodical, metric-oriented, and apply the systematic sales methodology to drive consistency, accuracy, and performance across the enterprise commercial space. NEEDED ATTRIBUTES
· Aggressively prospect and generate new pipeline, identifying and engaging high value leads within the building construction, design and real estate industry.
· Own the full sales cycle, from first contact through closing, with a strong focus on net new business generation.
· Apply the systematic sales methodology (i.e. MEDDIC) rigorously to qualify opportunities, manage complex deals, and maximize win rates.
· Build and nurture deep relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all levels.
· Maintain strict discipline in pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and proactive forecasting to ensure predictable revenue performance.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize the customer journey and maximize conversion rates.
· Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 7+ years of successful SaaS/technology sales experience, with referenceable achievements over 100% of ARR
plan.
· Strong proficiency in working according to a defined sales methodology (i.e. MEDDICC), with experience
implementing it across a sales organization.
· Demonstrated excellence in high-activity prospecting, pipeline creation, and relationship management.
· Highly methodical and disciplined approach to managing a dynamic sales process and maintaining forecasting
accuracy.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales engagement tools.
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
