Administers the commercial documentation process for managed-services, cloud-reseller, and professional-services deals. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, contracts, order forms, amendments, renewals, and SOWs; coordinating approvals and redlines; tracking signatures; maintaining Salesforce records; and auditing closed-won documentation for onboarding, billing, and customer-success handoff. The role supports deal progression and contract accuracy but does not manage project delivery.

Provide technical phone support and document all customer interactions in the ticketing system. Diagnose and fix software issues, install and update applications, databases and OS components, train users, identify revenue and process-improvement opportunities, and report status to the manager while collaborating with Support, Development, Professional Services, and Product teams.

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance SmartCop public-safety applications across the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, use C#/.NET and MS SQL Server, consume/develop web services, apply object-oriented design, leverage AI-assisted development tools, participate in code reviews, and follow automated testing and quality-focused practices. Support deployment, troubleshooting, and implementation decisions while meeting North American Central Time collaboration requirements.
