Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications to automate financial data reconciliation across relational and NoSQL sources. Build deterministic and heuristic matching algorithms, integrate with rules engines (Drools), handle errors and exceptions, collaborate with analysts and architects to resolve data gaps, and support data governance and quality initiatives.

Mentor backend engineers and collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to ensure performance, reliability, and observability.

Lead strategic programs end-to-end: plan, budget, allocate resources, manage risks, measure KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Build and lead cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders and customers, and ensure financial and performance accountability to deliver complex projects.
