Develops, performs, and analyzes optical tests for components, systems, and devices. Operates and calibrates laboratory equipment, processes measurement data, validates test procedures, supports optical simulations, and troubleshoots issues with design, manufacturing, and quality teams. Builds statistical and machine learning models, ensures data quality and governance, creates reports and visualizations, and advances security operations, processes, and tools. The role collaborates with senior stakeholders, mentors analysts, and translates threat insights into proactive defensive and offensive security capabilities.

Supports contract administration for aerospace and defense programs, including proposal preparation, negotiations, customer communications, nondisclosure agreements, documentation tracking, invoicing issues, accounts receivable, and contract reporting. Coordinates with contracts managers, program leadership, pricing teams, internal stakeholders, and customers while ensuring compliance with company procedures, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Manages program-level supply chain performance across cost, technical, schedule, supplier, and risk dimensions. Leads supply chain planning, sourcing, negotiations, supplier evaluations, make-or-buy assessments, proposal support, requirements flow-downs, and subcontractor coordination. Supervises project coordinators, develops dashboards and status reports, manages budgets and earned value metrics, and presents recovery plans and supply chain strategies to stakeholders. Supports defense and aerospace programs throughout product development, production, certification, and sustainment.

Oversee integration and management of multiple complex aerospace and defense programs with budgets of $20 million or more. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, cost, schedules, technical execution, risks, resources, staff, proposals, audits, and contract negotiations. The role supervises cross-functional teams, resolves program issues, supports business planning, and ensures compliance with program, corporate, and quality requirements.

Coordinate and track project activities, schedules, budgets, procurements and BOM/parts demand. Liaise with stakeholders, assign tasks, monitor progress, escalate issues, maintain documentation and status reports, and support program managers to remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.

Lead design and implementation of the program digital thread: architect end-to-end data flows, integrate PLM/MBSE/CAD/simulation/manufacturing tools, ensure requirements-to-design-to-test traceability, enforce data governance and configuration management, coordinate stakeholders, present status to customers, and maintain audit-ready documentation for program reviews.
