Build and scale Motive’s strategic partner ecosystem by recruiting and onboarding partners, developing co-sell and referral frameworks, leading joint go-to-market initiatives, enabling partner and sales teams, managing strategic relationships, overseeing deal processes, and tracking partner performance, KPIs, deal registrations, and revenue attribution. Lead pre-sales efforts for Motive's Maintenance Platform as a domain expert. Support AEs and SEs with discovery, demos, POCs, trials, and value-based selling. Translate field feedback into product roadmap input, build repeatable go-to-market plays, and enable the broader sales organization on maintenance workflows and outcomes.

Lead a 100+ offshore account management and sales organization to drive Net ARR growth through upsell, cross-sell, and strategic renewals. Hire and coach frontline managers, build scalable processes, partner with Product/Marketing/Onboarding, use analytics to track KPIs, and act as escalation for complex deals.
