The Head of Sales for Halter will lead and develop a regional sales team, drive sales strategies, manage account relationships, and expand market share in the agriculture sector.

Drive new business and customer success across Southwest Colorado by prospecting, conducting in-field sales, onboarding customers, expanding accounts, and representing Halter at industry events. Own territory performance, collaborate with product and support teams, gather field feedback, and meet aggressive sales targets while providing hands-on ranch support and ensuring a smooth customer deployment experience.

Lead and grow Halter's North America enterprise sales organization: build strategy, close large complex deals, develop key account management, create partnerships, leverage grants/funding, manage pipeline and forecasting, coach and scale the team, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive retention and expansion.
