The role partners with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Privacy, manages deal queues and approvals, develops contracting playbooks and workflows, and builds AI-driven tools to automate routine legal work. Candidates should have substantial legal experience, strong SaaS or technology contracting expertise, excellent business judgment, and the ability to manage deadline-driven negotiations independently.

Provides strategic employment-law guidance across the employee lifecycle for a distributed, multi-jurisdictional workforce. Advises leaders on employee relations, investigations, accommodations, compensation, classification, restrictive covenants, and separations; drafts policies and agreements; oversees claims, audits, and litigation; monitors legal developments; manages outside counsel; and supports workforce programs and cross-functional legal initiatives.
