Serve as a strategic analytics advisor to clients, designing and auditing Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics implementations. Lead measurement workshops, requirements gathering, documentation, report suite and CJA configuration, identity resolution, dashboard development, and data storytelling. Translate ambiguous business needs into actionable analytics strategies, present findings to executives, deliver training, and guide technical and non-technical stakeholders. Promote information security and data privacy practices, including GDPR and CCPA compliance.

Configure and maintain Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP data pipelines, XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, Profile enablement, segmentation readiness, and destination activation. Validate data quality, troubleshoot ingestion and identity issues, manage sandboxes, and implement privacy, consent, governance, and access controls. Partner with architects, data engineers, consultants, analysts, data scientists, and marketing teams to support reporting, personalization, and machine learning readiness.

Design and lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP architectures: data ingestion, XDM schema design, identity resolution, integrations with Adobe suite and enterprise systems, data governance, privacy compliance, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams while translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

Serve as a strategic analytics advisor designing and implementing Adobe Analytics and CJA solutions, conducting measurement workshops and audits, building dashboards, translating insights into action, training clients, and ensuring data security and privacy compliance.

Design and implement customer data solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP. Configure XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and real-time profiles. Build ingestion pipelines, audience segmentation, and activation strategies. Ensure data quality, governance, and optimize platform performance while collaborating with marketing and technical teams.

Lead design and implementation of an enterprise Databricks lakehouse, build scalable batch and streaming pipelines, enforce governance and CI/CD standards, optimize Spark workloads, operationalize ML with MLflow, manage cloud infrastructure and IaC, and mentor data engineering teams.
