We're looking for a Director of Analytics to serve as a senior strategic advisor and hands-on analytics leader for our clients. This is a role that combines deep technical expertise with strategic guidance: you'll lead measurement strategy workshops, guide project teams, and stay close to the work while also shaping how clients think about analytics.
You should bring deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), along with the ability to translate that expertise into strategy, client trust, and team growth. You'll be the person clients call when they need to rethink their measurement approach, and the person your team looks to for guidance on both the technical work and the craft of consulting itself.

Oversee and contribute directly to test-and-learn programs and experimentation strategy using Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Adobe Target
Set standards and best practices for analytics strategy, dashboarding, and reporting across the team
Review and elevate the quality of insights, dashboards, and narratives coming out of the team before they reach clients
Support multi-solution project teams working across the broader Adobe stack, including AJO and RT-CDP, ensuring analytics work aligns with the wider platform strategy
Stay current on the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem (RT-CDP, AJO, Target) and identify where these solutions fit into client strategy
Lead a team of direct reports as a competency leader; mentor consultants on both technical skills and consulting craft, including communication, diplomacy, and navigating ambiguity
