As a Senior Guidewire Integration Developer, you will design and build integration solutions, configure Guidewire systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to modernize insurance platforms and ensure the seamless flow of data across various systems.

Lead product discovery, definition, and delivery for TraceGains platform capabilities with emphasis on AI-enabled features. Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize backlog, drive go-to-market and adoption, define success metrics, and take products from concept to launch and scale while measuring impact across adoption, retention, efficiency, and revenue.

Design and develop SAP S/4HANA ABAP solutions for banking processes across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. Translate BRDs into high‑level designs and implement features, build OData services (Gateway/RAP), collaborate in agile teams, adapt to changing requirements, and develop add‑on style extensions integrating with other system components.

Lead onsite dock operations as primary ITS liaison to the customer. Supervise and coach Terminal Coordinators across shifts, enforce safety and compliance, manage documentation and performance metrics, coordinate staffing and training, investigate issues, and travel frequently to support customer sites.

Partner cross-functionally to define segments, triggers, and campaigns, use data and AI to optimize performance, ensure HIPAA-compliant communications, and drive activation, retention, and advocacy.
