The Senior Director of Global Business Systems will lead IT collaboration with commercial teams to enhance systems, improve processes, and manage budgets.

Lead complex, cross-functional AI programs end-to-end: translate strategy into integrated plans, drive multi-team execution, mitigate risks (data, model, compliance), apply ML lifecycle practices, use Agile/kanban methods, manage budgets/vendors, communicate to senior stakeholders, and mentor other program managers to improve AI program standards.

Own end-to-end onboarding for Nutrislice customers: lead kickoff, configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization. Participate in shared 12-hour on-call shifts and field deployments, mentor team on operational excellence.

Senior individual contributor managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. Acts as executive advisor to C-suite stakeholders, builds multi-year joint success plans, drives adoption, identifies expansion opportunities, leads executive business reviews, mitigates retention risk, and partners across Sales, Product, Services, and Support to realize measurable business outcomes and ARR growth.

Manage day-to-day IT governance, risk, and compliance activities including policies, risk assessments, audits (FDIC, HIPAA), business continuity programs, incident documentation, vendor management, and security awareness training. Collaborate with IT, data owners, and vendors; support audits and continuously improve regulatory adherence. On-site attendance required; may allow hybrid after training.

Manage and grow client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and retention. Proactively engage a book of 30+ clients, monitor CSM metrics (NRR, MRR, churn), troubleshoot issues, coordinate stakeholders, and scale client engagement strategies to meet KPIs for renewal and revenue preservation.

Drive process improvement and automation by identifying inefficiencies, developing automations and data pipelines, analyzing KPIs, and designing LLM/ML-enabled solutions in collaboration with AI. Support analytics, SQL/Databricks work, and deliver data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency.

Drive commercial KPIs across Southeast Asia by analyzing performance metrics, delivering insights to senior leadership, guiding sales teams to opportunities, supporting commercial rollouts and ad-hoc campaigns, and collaborating with stakeholders.
