The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, assisting Account Executives, and attending industry events.

Outbound-focused BDR responsible for building a pipeline of independent medspas and aesthetic practices on the West Coast through cold outreach, qualifying opportunities, using HubSpot to track activity, and collaborating with marketing, compliance, and onboarding teams. Will learn full sales cycle and be coached into senior sales responsibilities.

The internship involves supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis, while providing hands-on experience in finance operations.

Drive sales and manage a portfolio of academic and special market accounts for InterVarsity Press. Prospect and nurture leads, guide business through the sales process, sell frontlist/backlist titles, collaborate with marketing and editorial, attend conferences and account visits, and consult sales data to inform strategy. Maintain strong product knowledge and relationships while representing IVP at events.

Lead strategic agency partnerships to drive adoption and revenue for OpenAI advertising solutions. Build senior agency relationships, develop joint business plans, enable agencies, identify advertiser opportunities, create data-driven business cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and inform product evolution.

Lead air permitting and compliance programs, develop regulatory analyses and permitting strategies, engage regulators, manage projects and client relationships, drive business development, and mentor junior staff across offices to ensure air quality regulatory compliance.

Coordinate distributed software teams and field trials across the product lifecycle. Manage schedules, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communications; produce reports for leadership and funders, align roadmaps with language programs, deploy process systems, and support Agile integration.

Lead technical vision and roadmap for Civis's data platform and AI products. Serve as a hands-on, player-coach guiding architecture, delivery, and team growth (~15 people). Drive AI-centric tooling and practices, represent technology externally, evaluate technologies and partnerships, and support sales and executive decision-making.

Develop and deliver city-wide safety programs and training (OSHA compliance, CPR/First Aid, confined space, forklift, flagger), perform inspections, audits and equipment calibration, prepare reports and recommendations, coordinate safety conferences, and support policy and procedure development to maintain a strong safety culture.

Lead delivery for the Payroll development team, contribute as a senior full-stack developer, mentor engineers, partner with Product to translate roadmap into shipped features, champion AI-assisted development tools, ensure quality and reliability of payroll and tax functionality, and support production issue resolution.
