Build Google Ads from scratch and scale it into a primary paid channel. Own Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, landing pages, measurement (GA4, conversion tracking, app/web attribution), and partner with agencies and cross-functional teams. Experiment on adjacent paid channels while protecting CAC and subscriber payback.

Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce release cycles. Manage environments, deployments, version control, and DevOps tools (Copado, Salesforce DX). Communicate schedules, prepare release notes, and drive process improvements while ensuring best practices and stakeholder alignment.

Generate qualified sales pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Research target accounts, conduct discovery conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Maintain CRM data, collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, and continually develop product and industry knowledge in cybersecurity and digital investigations.

Manage a customer account portfolio, develop and execute sales and marketing plans, lead customer relationships and negotiations, input and maintain CRM/SmartPrice data, manage sales contracts, collect market intelligence, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet volume and value goals.

Independently perform quality control reviews of mortgage origination and servicing files to ensure compliance with bank policies, investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA), and regulations. Serve as final support escalation and technical triage for complex issues. Reproduce bugs, validate defects, create actionable tickets, assist release testing, maintain documentation, enable Levels 1–2, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure high-quality escalations to Engineering, Product, and other teams.

Build full-stack features for enterprise-scale voice and chat AI: integrate ASR/TTS and conversational LLMs, optimize production systems for latency and cost, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with product and ML teams to ship high-impact, scalable solutions.
