Lead development and execution of strategic partnership pipelines to drive commercial growth and audience expansion. Negotiate and implement partnership agreements, manage partner relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Define and track KPIs, report ROI, and optimize partnership strategies to meet business objectives.

Build Google Ads from scratch and scale it into a primary paid channel. Own Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, landing pages, measurement (GA4, conversion tracking, app/web attribution), and partner with agencies and cross-functional teams. Experiment on adjacent paid channels while protecting CAC and subscriber payback.

Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce release cycles. Manage environments, deployments, version control, and DevOps tools (Copado, Salesforce DX). Communicate schedules, prepare release notes, and drive process improvements while ensuring best practices and stakeholder alignment.

Generate qualified sales pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Research target accounts, conduct discovery conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Maintain CRM data, collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, and continually develop product and industry knowledge in cybersecurity and digital investigations.

Independently perform quality control reviews of mortgage origination and servicing files to ensure compliance with bank policies, investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA), and regulations. Document findings, escalate material issues, maintain audit workpapers, validate corrective actions, and support program maintenance, training, and regulatory exam preparation.
