Lead development and execution of strategic partnership pipelines to drive commercial growth and audience expansion. Negotiate and implement partnership agreements, manage partner relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless integration. Define and track KPIs, report ROI, and optimize partnership strategies to meet business objectives.

Build Google Ads from scratch and scale it into a primary paid channel. Own Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, landing pages, measurement (GA4, conversion tracking, app/web attribution), and partner with agencies and cross-functional teams. Experiment on adjacent paid channels while protecting CAC and subscriber payback.

Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce release cycles. Manage environments, deployments, version control, and DevOps tools (Copado, Salesforce DX). Communicate schedules, prepare release notes, and drive process improvements while ensuring best practices and stakeholder alignment.
