The Enterprise Account Executive will manage full-cycle enterprise deals, work with senior leaders, and build account plans for strategic customers.

Lead and mentor engineering teams while owning platform architecture (React, Node/Express, Postgres, AWS). Troubleshoot connectivity, monitor network health, execute upgrades and changes, maintain documentation, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and provide occasional on-call and voice system support.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build API integrations and data processing pipelines for security data ingestion, focusing on structured and unstructured data from various sources and enhancing the effectiveness of a virtual SOC.

Partner with Account Executives to support qualified SaaS sales opportunities by leading technical discovery, designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations, translating customer requirements into solution configurations, responding to technical questions, supporting RFPs and security questionnaires, maintaining demo assets, and coaching sales teams to improve win rates and deal progression.

Design and implement core components of networking systems at Ditto, focusing on transport protocols, performance, and modular architecture.
