Corporate Counsel serving as Alpine IQ’s sole in-house attorney, owning commercial contracting and advising Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Responsibilities include negotiating SaaS, vendor, reseller, and customer agreements; maintaining platform legal documentation; supporting privacy, data protection, product, AI/ML, security, and regulatory matters; improving contracting processes; managing outside counsel; and providing practical guidance on corporate, employment, risk, and compliance issues.

Own and grow Milestone’s channel sales strategy across Colorado and Wyoming. Manage distributors, systems integrators, resellers, technology partners, and consultant relationships while developing territory plans, pipeline, forecasts, and strategic opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to translate requirements into solutions, while improving observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness. Support multi-region systems using CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers, high availability, and disaster recovery practices.

Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepares journal entries, GAAP-compliant financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports. Maintains fixed assets, intercompany accounting, revenue and deferred revenue records, policies, and documentation. Leads client-facing healthcare software implementation projects from discovery through deployment and adoption. Manages requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, change management, and stakeholder communications. Serves as the primary client representative while coordinating cross-functional implementation, product, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, advocate for customers, identify expansion opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction and revenue retention.

Manage active consumer product development lifecycles from formulation and packaging approval through production and commercialization. Coordinate contract manufacturers, formulators, suppliers, and cross-functional teams while maintaining timelines, budgets, margins, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and launch readiness for ecommerce and retail channels.

Provide customer support for chiropractic practices through chat, email, phone, and Zoom. Troubleshoot product issues, educate users, document interactions, manage escalations, identify recurring pain points, and collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, Billing, and Tier 2 teams. The role requires clear communication, ownership, curiosity, organization, adaptability, technical comfort, and thoughtful use of AI in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
