The Insurance Product Analyst II supports state management for auto insurance products by conducting research, analyses, and executing product launches. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, data analysis, and communication across teams.

Design, develop, maintain, and support digital asset management and media systems, including automation, integrations, and infrastructure. Lead end-to-end SIOP process to align sales, operations, and inventory. Drive demand forecasting, production and capacity planning, and inventory optimization. Monitor KPIs, use analytics to deliver insights, implement continuous improvement, and manage and mentor the planning team to meet customer demand and company objectives.

Design, build, and optimize scalable batch and streaming data pipelines. Model and process structured and unstructured data, ensure production reliability and observability, apply ML techniques for insight extraction, and drive data strategy while adopting modern tooling and IaC practices.

Build, maintain, and improve AI-driven automations and data systems. Own Power BI dashboards and underlying pipelines (Python, SQL, DAX), manage complex margin/profit-share processes, create low-code AI automations (Claude, Zapier, Make), ensure data governance, and document/support solutions for company-wide use.

Lead and scale a North America BDR team (6-15), driving AI-enabled prospecting and pipeline generation. Hire, coach, and ramp BDRs, own pipeline targets and funnel metrics, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to optimize workflows, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

Sell Egnyte's multi-cloud content security platform to new small-business logos in the Financial Services vertical. Prospect, qualify, build pipeline, meet quota, and close deals while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and partnering internally to secure revenue.

Lead social growth by turning editorial, audio, events, and expert insights into platform-native content and repeatable campaigns. Own organic and paid distribution, partner and creator amplification, measurement, A/B testing, and conversion strategies to grow engaged senior audiences and move them into subscribers, community members, and other owned channels.
