Complete contracts and payment documentation, attend sales training, support showroom and home shows, and maintain strong customer relationships. Own the product roadmap for utility customer transactions, including payments, billing interactions, service orders, and fulfillment workflows. Lead MVP definition, customer and CSR validation, requirements, data model collaboration, testing, and production delivery across web, mobile, and AI-assisted call center channels. Establish KPIs, manage dependencies, improve exception resolution, and partner with utility SMEs, engineering, design, and CX leaders in an early-stage environment.
