The role may also involve total-loss settlements, vehicle inspections, repair monitoring, direct repair shop oversight, and rental expense approval. Work is primarily remote, with occasional travel and possible in-person inspections.

Manage approximately 150 mid-market agriculture customers throughout the post-onboarding lifecycle.
