Support AfroTech sponsor accounts from onboarding through on-site execution: manage logistics, timelines, deliverables, Asana tracking, sponsor communications, and serve as primary on-site contact during the AfroTech Conference.

Provide day-to-day administration and support of government networks and systems (LAN/WAN, servers, virtualization) including SIEM monitoring, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and DoD security compliance for Collateral, SCI and SAP environments. Assist with architecture, O&M checklists, SOP/TTP development, and technical risk analysis while supporting classified programs.

Manage end-to-end logistics for 10–12 conferences and trade shows annually, including sponsorships, booth prep, staff registration, show services, and swag. Plan hosted dinners and biannual team offsites, manage vendors, maintain budgets and reports, and leverage AI tools to create event content and improve operations. Operate remotely with flexible monthly hours and own outcomes across multiple stakeholders.

Lead and grow SQUIRE's Data organization as a player-coach, owning long-term data architecture, building reliable Snowflake pipelines, setting standards for modeling and data quality, hiring and budgeting for a 5+ person team, partnering cross-functionally, auditing integrations, and enabling AI/LLM use cases while remaining hands-on for high-risk technical work.

Manage and validate the organization's Learning Management System to ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, TGA, NSF). Oversee system configuration, validation lifecycle, change control, audit readiness, training administration, data reconciliation with HRIS, reporting, and end-user support. Partner with Regulatory and Quality to maintain inspection readiness and support L&D operations.

Support enterprise cardiovascular quality improvement and clinical research by analyzing clinical datasets, developing dashboards and reports, performing cohort development and statistical analyses, ensuring regulatory and data governance compliance, and communicating findings to clinical and operational stakeholders to inform quality and research initiatives.

Own expansion within large enterprise accounts: drive growth via renewals and new opportunities, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, mentor BDRs, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. Travel 1-3 weeks per quarter.

Supervises the Global Client Success team, coordinates workloads, develops training programs, oversees help desk functions, and monitors team KPIs to enhance client experience with laboratory submissions.

Lead operational execution of the information security program: coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track roadmap and audit evidence, build metrics and executive dashboards, manage policy and awareness programs, and handle vendor/MSSP administration to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Manage personal origination pipeline, serve as advisor to clients, evaluate opportunities, maintain pipeline discipline, and contribute to strategic initiatives in telecommunications and infrastructure.
