Collaborate with artists, mission designers, writers, programmers, narrative designers, and enemy designers to create engaging combat and mission experiences. Own level vision from paper design through final product, incorporate feedback, meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and mentor junior level designers.

Designs and validates enterprise solutions for strategic customers using HERE APIs, SDKs, platform services, and mapping technologies. Leads technical discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements, risks, integrations, and implementation readiness. Own and modernize Domino's Tempest scale-testing platform; build repeatable automated validation, sizing guidance, and cloud-scale test automation; partner with platform teams to enable multi-cloud scale testing and improve test reliability and reporting.

Own customer success activities and outcomes by driving customer value, tracking internal and external milestones, building strong client relationships, serving as a product expert, troubleshooting SaaS issues, analyzing business metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with Sales, Support, and Success teams.

Supports Account Managers by addressing customer needs, coordinating orders, managing call overflow, maintaining customer records in OPUS and Salesforce, and cultivating under-penetrated accounts. The role provides efficient customer service, resolves issues, strengthens internal and customer relationships, and promotes company awareness. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
