Serve as a strategic client advocate providing personalized consultation on production planning, genetic services, and animal movement. Provide account management and order support for sales associates in promotional products and print solutions. Tasks include order entry, vendor sourcing and follow-up, inventory and eCommerce management, customer communication and issue resolution, reporting, and occasional travel to conferences and tradeshows to support sales growth and client satisfaction.

Manage integrated partner marketing programs with OEM and chipset partners. Lead partner communication, co-marketing campaign execution, asset/playbook development, cross-functional reviews, and performance reporting to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery.

Support Regional Vice Presidents by rapidly responding to referrals, processing leads, scheduling and preparing client meetings, gathering data, coordinating proposals and presentations, and helping onboard new clients while managing the sales pipeline and liaising with central support teams.

Support the VP of Finance by deeply understanding and explaining forecasting, cash, cohort retention, revenue, and margin models. Maintain recurring reporting and dashboards, perform variance analysis, co-lead reforecast and budget reviews, prepare draft board/investor materials, and partner cross-functionally to gather inputs and explain financial drivers to non-finance stakeholders.

Manage drafting, data entry, storage, and version control of standard contracts using the company CLM system. Monitor timelines and expirations, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, support audits and reporting, assist the Contracts Manager with renewals and reviews, and identify process improvements to maintain contract compliance.
