Support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers; own Level 2 tickets, document root causes, produce operational reports, update network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 analysts. Work rotating shifts and support export-control eligibility requirements.

Provide Level 2 Windows-focused NOC support: administer and harden Windows servers, troubleshoot AD and connectivity issues, perform monitoring and patching, manage software/agents, own incident remediation, produce operational reports, maintain documentation, and train Level 1 analysts.

Provide Level 2 network monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, incident remediation, and configuration support in a 24×7 NOC. Own escalated tickets, document root causes, produce reports, maintain network documentation, and create runbooks for Level 1 training.

Qualify inbound leads and proactively outbound to target enterprise accounts to build qualified pipeline. Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Partners; use Salesforce and prospecting tools to track activity, personalize outreach, and progress accounts through the buying journey. Attend events as needed and support ABM/demand generation efforts to drive opportunities into the sales pipeline.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customer renewals, partnering with AEs and CSMs to forecast, negotiate, produce quotes, identify risk and expansion, and drive on-time renewals and retention while collaborating with finance, legal, and deal desk.
