Lead and manage a team responsible for AI cloud engineering, automation, and tooling. Drive strategy and roadmap execution, optimize payment success and reconciliation, manage vendors, mitigate fraud and chargebacks, deliver reporting/insights, and coach a small payments operations team while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Risk.

Maintain a consolidated demand plan and support monthly S&OP by preparing inputs, reviewing forecast changes, and highlighting risks. Monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs, analyze demand trends, support capacity planning and product allocation, coordinate across manufacturing sites, prepare executive reports, improve planning tools/processes, and collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to mitigate constraints and prioritize products.

Provide front-line administrative support to English and Performing Arts-Music departments: manage communications, scheduling, budgeting and procurement, student worker supervision, faculty search and onboarding support, student relations, lab/field-trip coordination, and departmental recordkeeping. Use Workday and campus systems to process budgets, p-card reconciliations, purchases, hires, and travel arrangements while ensuring office operations run smoothly.
