Support pre-award grant activities for Neurosurgery faculty including proposal preparation and submission, budgeting and justifications, regulatory compliance, entering and tracking grants in databases, coordinating subawards, and liaising with post-award, SPA, and departmental stakeholders. May assist with limited post-award tasks and accounting coordination.

Build and maintain a $1M+ pipeline, execute personalized outreach, multi-thread accounts, navigate complex procurement/legal/InfoSec processes, and consistently meet quarterly NARR quotas after ramp. Use sales tech stack and value-selling (MEDDPICC) to drive deals.

Lead day-to-day communications including media relations, awards and speaking opportunities, LinkedIn content and brand visibility, and internal communications (All Hands, COO newsletter). Manage press inquiries, draft announcements, maintain calendars, and support executive prep. Operate within strategic direction with strong execution, systems, and cross-functional coordination.

Edit multi-cam reaction footage into fast-paced, retention-driven YouTube videos. Create strong 30-second hooks, kinetic typography, visual pop-ups, and high-quality sound design.
