Manage end-to-end proposal development for RFQs/RFPs: lead teams, drive schedules, ensure compliance, assemble submissions, run bid reviews and kickoffs, and support process improvements to win aerospace/defense contracts.

Lead strategy and operations for institutional giving to meet annual revenue targets. Manage donor relationships, develop grant proposals and reports, build funding pipelines, coordinate cross-team inputs, represent Fos Feminista to funders, and supervise philanthropy staff and consultants.

Manage and grow a portfolio of established SaaS accounts through consultative selling, outbound prospecting, full sales-cycle management, tailored demos, and strategic account plans.
