Lead global change and adoption for major transformations (acquisitions, geographic expansion, AI adoption, operating model shifts). Build change capability, stakeholder engagement, readiness and training, change champion networks, measure adoption and sentiment, and advise leadership to embed sustained organizational change.

Serve as chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Build and lead a small legal team, negotiate and draft complex commercial, vendor, healthcare, and partnership agreements, manage corporate governance, litigation, and regulatory compliance (privacy, healthcare, AI). Lead M&A and financings, oversee IP strategy, and partner across Product, Engineering, Security, Clinical, Sales, and Finance to enable growth.

Provide cross-departmental support for sales, service, and rentals: prepare vehicle delivery and DMV paperwork, manage titles and registrations, track inventory, upload vehicle photos to CRM, handle accounts receivable/deposits, assist forecasting, manage rental operations, and support customer inquiries and vendor relationships. Serve as primary backup for departments and represent the company at tradeshows and trainings.
