Own Celigo’s Customer Zero program, driving internal adoption of its integration and automation products across GTM, CX, and G&A systems. Build the roadmap, improve business processes, prioritize product feedback, and establish governance, reference architectures, and proof points. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while representing Celigo externally through customer conversations and industry events. The role requires strong product leadership, enterprise systems expertise, AI fluency, executive presence, and an outcomes-focused approach.

Administers leave, accommodations, workers’ compensation, benefits support, workplace compliance, HRIS and LMS processes. Maintains records, coordinates compliance training, supports audits, monitors multi-state employment requirements, answers employee and manager questions, and improves HR workflows and documentation. Partners with HR leadership on escalated matters, workforce planning, culture initiatives, and consistent employee processes.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains robotics middleware and application frameworks in modern C++ on embedded Linux. Owns platform components through deployment and fleet operation, improves reliability and performance, diagnoses complex concurrency and systems issues, and translates safety requirements into software behavior and verification.
