Promote and sell fiber Internet services to residential and business customers via inbound and outbound calls. Provide day-to-day IT and cybersecurity support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP environments: maintain servers, firewalls, networks, VTC systems; perform account management, patching, troubleshooting, authorization package preparation, self-inspections, COMSEC management, and operational testing in a 24/7 schedule.

Serve as the primary U.S. sales and use tax subject matter expert, conducting research, supporting compliance, guiding product taxability, managing nexus/apportionment, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to build scalable tax automation and documentation.

Manage end-to-end recruiting operations: source candidates on LinkedIn, coordinate interviews across time zones, maintain ATS data and pipelines, generate recruiting reports, own candidate experience through offer and onboarding, and provide white-glove support for senior/executive searches.
