Manage a caseload of in-process life insurance applications from initial application through underwriting and placement. Obtain client requirements, review underwriting decisions, coordinate with carriers and vendors, and master relevant workflows and software systems. Collaborate with sales, customer service, customer success, and quality assurance teams on process improvements. Maintain timely, accurate, and customer-focused case handling while communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
