Scale and develop metallization processes to full production, oversee and improve manufacturing quality, lead complex problem-solving and process-improvement projects, support technology transfers and equipment qualification, maintain and troubleshoot automated/robotic equipment, collaborate with customers on technical requirements, and ensure safety while working on the production floor.

Represent the company at industry events; travel ~40%.

Build and lead CloudFit's subcontracting function for federal prime contracts: create policies, manage full subcontract lifecycle, ensure FAR/DFARS flowdowns and CPSR readiness, vet subcontractors, monitor performance, support proposals, and maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance controls.

Lead design and ownership of scalable data domains, build and maintain data pipelines (Airflow, Snowflake), drive platform engineering and cost-conscious cloud architecture on AWS, champion AI-assisted development, mentor engineers, ensure operational excellence, automate toil reduction, and guide cross-functional stakeholders.
