Partner with Engineering, HR, Legal, Customer Support, and Finance to implement controls across SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, BIPA, and the EU AI Act, while translating emerging AI regulations into practical controls.

Conduct manual and automated software testing, create and maintain test plans and cases, identify and report defects, review requirements and design documentation, and support release management. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure software quality and compliance with standards. The role also involves test automation, stakeholder quality reporting, and adopting tools and practices that improve QA efficiency.

Administers SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, Linux-based servers, and Appian environments. Manages permissions, content migrations, monitoring, deployments, troubleshooting, testing, patches, documentation, user support, and cybersecurity compliance activities. Supports AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes, vulnerability remediation, RMF/ATO evidence, and coordination with engineering, cybersecurity, database, and infrastructure teams.

Supports product development for patient access, engagement, and care continuity solutions. Translates business and clinical needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manages backlog updates; analyzes EHR and operational data; defines product KPIs; documents workflows; and supports agile delivery. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, IT, and Data teams while contributing to roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, UAT, and process improvement.

Conducts field sales and marketing activities for K-12 school districts and distributors, including customer appointments, taste tests, food shows, bid analysis, and strategic presentations. Builds relationships with school decision-makers and distribution partners, follows up on sales opportunities, maintains CRM activity records, and educates sales representatives on K-12 products. Requires daily territory travel, industry event participation, and occasional overnight travel.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare technology onboarding programs across enterprise health systems. Manage integrated plans, scope, dependencies, risks, technical integrations, vendors, executive governance, change management, adoption, and benefits realization. Lead matrixed teams without formal authority, coordinate multi-site implementations, manage C-suite relationships, and transition successful programs to services and customer success. Travel up to 50% is required.
