Entry-level sales and marketing role supporting new business acquisition, B2C telecommunication sales, and customer relationship management. Lead and manage institutional research activities: collect, analyze, validate, and report quantitative and qualitative data; support program/course reviews, accreditation, dashboards, and decision-making; supervise a team and manage ad-hoc and ongoing reporting and assessment projects.

Design and oversee state and local advocacy and public affairs campaigns for advanced and renewable energy. Manage strategy, partner/client relationships, messaging, paid and earned media, grassroots mobilization, coalition building, measurement, and reporting. Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution and ensure alignment with partner objectives.

Own member inquiries end-to-end via email, live chat, and occasional phone. Triage and resolve tickets, verify accounts securely, coordinate with operations and suppliers, maintain canned responses, and surface recurring issues to improve processes.

Provide engineering support for component repair and process development in an aviation MRO. Define and validate production processes, tooling, and test stands; create repair instructions and technical documentation; collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance to reduce costs and improve yields. Manage implementation of repairs and process improvements, perform cost/benefit analysis, and participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities.

Lead AI-native growth and demand-generation programs across channels. Create content and sales enablement, run experiments, leverage AI tools to scale campaigns, measure performance, and drive pipeline and brand growth.
