The Sales Development Representative will contact small business owners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the Sales team while exceeding targets and using CRM tools.

Lead development of native iOS features (food tracking, activity logging, weight trends, AI-driven insights), deliver premium UI/UX with modern Apple frameworks, own flagship initiatives (Lock Screen Widgets, Live Activities, health data integrations), shape app architecture and standards, and collaborate cross-functionally while mentoring engineers.

The Lead Quality Release Engineer manages the release process, ensuring quality, coordinating updates, and maintaining stability across development and production environments. Responsibilities include managing deployments, enforcing governance policies, and using AI tools for enhanced development workflows.

Own and grow a portfolio of US Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, driving upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and multi-year contracts. Build strategic account plans, develop C-level relationships, lead commercial negotiations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce to hit revenue targets.

Design, build, and operate high-scale backend APIs, services, event-driven workflows, queues, background jobs, caching, and integrations. Lead ambiguous technical initiatives from discovery through production, improve reliability and performance, debug complex production issues, and mentor engineers while partnering cross-functionally to deliver durable backend systems.

This role involves leading a team of BDRs, managing outbound sales targets, and executing strategic outreach to engage CPG, Retail, and Telecommunications sectors.

Lead marketing operations and analytics, owning MarTech stack, lead lifecycle, attribution, reporting, and forecasting. Build and manage a high-performing team, align with Revenue Ops/Sales/Finance, run experimentation, govern data/UTM/taxonomy, and translate analytics into executive insights to drive measurable revenue impact.
