The Senior Sales Engineer will work with Account Executives and clients to provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure successful implementation of public safety software solutions.

Build and operate a high-velocity CRO program: own the experiment lifecycle, run 12+ tests monthly, improve conversion and contribution margin, design offer and funnel architecture, integrate learnings with paid media, creative, design, and analytics, and document scalable playbooks and rollouts.

Lead strategic finance, owning the operating model, capital allocation, forecasting, FP&A and revenue cycle finance. Build and manage the finance team, create decision frameworks, support fundraising and board materials, and partner cross-functionally to evaluate investments and growth opportunities.

Lead and optimize debit card operations including fraud management, vendor and bank relationships, card supply chain, dispute resolution, tooling administration, and data-driven fraud prevention. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement efficiencies, reduce support tickets, and maintain compliance with payment regulations.

Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products powering catalog, taxonomy, recommendations, ads, and AI/ML systems. Partner with data engineering to build data platform, governance, identifiers, and quality metrics. Ship data-driven experiences for retailers, partners, and internal teams and translate data quality into measurable business outcomes.

Own day-to-day user interactions across phone, chat, email and social to resolve patient and provider issues, monitor adherence, escalate technical problems, collect user feedback and testimonials, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with SOPs for complaints.

Prepare and send invoices for ancillary services, reconcile payments and POS terminal revenue, account for terminal inventory, perform month-end close and journal entries, maintain payment process documentation, investigate billing discrepancies, and support external audits and revenue recognition compliance.

Provide courtroom support for a magistrate in a high-volume felony advisement courtroom: manage records, enter orders in real time, liaise with defendants, attorneys and stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, rotate courtrooms as assigned, and develop process improvements.

Plan, execute, and optimize upper‑funnel digital content and media campaigns across programmatic, branded placements, audio, CTV, affiliates, and influencer channels. Manage platform and partner relationships, monitor performance with analytics, run tests and optimizations, surface insights, and collaborate cross‑functionally to align media investments with full‑funnel marketing objectives.

Lead and develop a multi-product SaaS support organization for ERP/CRM solutions. Manage support leads, SLAs, escalations, and process improvements; provide hands-on ERP/accounting troubleshooting; collaborate with Product, Development, Customer Success, and Professional Services; improve metrics, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
