The Manager will lead the Cybersecurity Policy, Risk & Governance strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective execution of cybersecurity initiatives.

Lead integrated internal and external communications to support nationwide drone delivery scale-up. Shape consumer and partner narratives, manage regulatory and community engagement, oversee executive and crisis communications, and build a high-performing cross-functional communications team.

Manage a team resolving automotive total loss claims, negotiate settlements with carriers, optimize recovery using the company platform, own customer accounts, document KPIs and coaching, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve claims processes.

Lead end-to-end deployments of AI agents into customer web apps, debug DOM/rendering issues, build UI automation with Playwright/Puppeteer/CDP, tune AI orchestration and auth handling, partner with customer engineering, and codify repeatable deployment playbooks and tooling.
