As the Sales Manager US for Ventrata, you will drive new sales growth in the tours and attractions industry, manage the sales process, build customer relationships, perform market analysis, and deliver revenue projections.

Serve as a technical subject-matter partner for strategic customers, driving post-sales success through product education, technical assessments, health checks, upgrade coordination, ticket resolution, cross-team collaboration, and maintaining overall account health.

Manage and close B2B SaaS deals across North America. Own full sales cycle from outreach (using AI tools) to demos, proposals, and contracts. Build and forecast pipeline in HubSpot, engage senior decision-makers, and become a product and private-credit expert to drive revenue growth.

Provide patient assistance (transportation, directions, wheelchair retrieval, answering call lights, passing food trays), perform routine office tasks (copying, faxing, mail/data distribution), maintain supplies and equipment, clean public equipment, perform basic data entry/word processing, and other duties appropriate to the incumbent's school program and training.

Lead the website growth roadmap and experimentation program to drive pipeline and conversion. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to prioritize and deliver A/B tests, reusable CMS templates, tracking/event taxonomy, and performance improvements. Define requirements, monitor site performance, and ensure measurable outcomes tied to business goals.

Build, operate, and modernize scalable data pipelines and warehouse environments for lottery reporting, analytics, and AI readiness. Improve ingestion, transformations, data models, contracts, observability, lineage, and onboarding patterns. Automate operations, troubleshoot production issues, mentor engineers, and support migration from legacy to cloud architectures while ensuring data quality, reliability, and regulatory continuity.

Manage regional IT operations and teams across multiple sites, ensure network and endpoint stability, coordinate projects and rollouts, maintain asset inventory and compliance, enforce security policies, support onboarding/offboarding and escalation, and provide reporting to IT leadership.

Lead cloud operations for AWS and Azure environments, improve monitoring and reliability, design IaC and automation (Terraform/Terragrunt/Ansible), enforce security and compliance, implement DR and HA, run incident response and RCAs, design cloud networking, optimize performance and costs, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotations.

Lead design, development, and verification of safety-critical embedded aerospace software to meet RTCA DO-178. Architect systems, write and review certification artifacts, integrate hardware interfaces (UART/SPI/I2C/RS-485/CAN), develop embedded code (C), use version control and debugging/simulation tools, and collaborate across hardware, software, and systems teams.

Manage post-booking order execution for assigned accounts: monitor order progress, update systems with shipment and tracking details, coordinate procurement/logistics/warehouse/account teams to resolve blockers, investigate discrepancies, escalate exceptions, and support high-volume delivery planning while improving processes and order visibility.
