The Sales Manager generates new hotel business through prospecting, networking, site visits, and industry events. They negotiate contracts, coordinate event and group booking details, manage client relationships, pursue repeat business, track SMART goals tied to revenue targets, and maintain accurate records in sales systems. The role requires hotel sales, events, or marketing experience, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with Delphi, CI/TY, or similar tools.

Interpret municipal codes, agreements, and construction standards; advise internal teams; coordinate stakeholders; track complaints and project support performance; and represent Ziply Fiber at public meetings. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, project coordination, and local travel during construction periods.

Leases available homes, conducts property tours, markets the community, prepares lease documents, screens applicants, collects payments, and supports residents and guests. The role also handles property records, office and clerical tasks, compliance with Fair Housing regulations, maintenance coordination, market surveys, and resident onboarding. This is an in-person position requiring flexible evening and weekend availability.

Provides HR operations and administrative support for global legal, finance, and investment teams. Handles Workday transactions, onboarding and offboarding, employee data, reporting, recruitment support, benefits and leave guidance, location changes, HR communications, and standard HR inquiries. Partners with HR managers, directors, and centers of excellence on policies, processes, compliance, and initiatives.

Closes inbound and outbound sales by phone, provides product information and accurate quotes, follows up with prospects, and manages the customer experience through installation. The role also supports issue escalation, maintains product and process knowledge, provides internal customer support, and works toward sales goals while delivering professional customer service.

Provide technical implementation, configuration, integration, and customer support for real-time Concurrent Real-Time products. Assist with system setup, benchmarking, latency optimization, troubleshooting, training, demos, and proof-of-concept deployments. Collaborate with R&D to reproduce issues and validate fixes, produce documentation and solution guides, support pre-sales, and travel to customer sites (30–40%).

Leads strategic Fortune 500 client accounts across the full customer lifecycle, including adoption, retention, renewals, revenue growth, and executive relationship management. Partners with product teams to influence roadmap decisions and champion new offerings. Requires enterprise customer success or account management experience, employer healthcare expertise, strong communication, strategic thinking, and fluency with AI tools. Travel up to 40% is required.

Own applied AI research from problem framing through experimentation, evaluation, prototyping, and production deployment. Build agentic systems, evaluation platforms, model-serving solutions, and self-improving workflows across hosted and self-hosted models. Measure quality, cost, reliability, and speed; advise deployment teams; mentor engineers; and improve coding-agent practices.
