The Customer Success Manager will engage customers to maximize platform usage, drive renewals, build relationships, and analyze customer data for strategic recommendations.

Hire and coach 7-8 managers, analyze at-risk trends, establish KPIs, coordinate with Channel Account Management, and deliver an 85% onboarding target within 16 days. Drive process improvements, share best practices, and maintain a transparent, high-performance remote culture.

Underwrite and bind medium-to-complex workers' compensation risks, follow underwriting guidelines, support payroll partner relationships, issue certificates, assist sales with technical questions, manage high transaction volume, maintain coverage and rating knowledge, and participate in portfolio review. Travel up to 10%.

Manage the full lifecycle of California workers' compensation claims from intake to closure, handling high-exposure and complex claims, determining compensability and reserves, coordinating litigation and medical management, negotiating settlements, providing customer and agent support, and mentoring junior adjusters while improving claims processes.

Provide timely, accurate customer support via email/chat/phone, troubleshoot software and device issues, process refunds, document interactions in Zendesk, update knowledge base, escalate bugs to Product/Engineering, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and product adoption.

Design, build, and operate multi-tenant elastic storage control-plane services. Ensure high availability and performance, run observability and on-call practices, lead complex projects, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to scaling services handling petabytes of data.

Qualify and engage leads via outbound calls and follow-ups, move prospects through the sales funnel, connect qualified leads to sales, meet performance metrics, and attend training to improve sales effectiveness.

Review and verify loan application documentation, analyze bank statements for authenticity and cash flow, identify missing information and follow up with stakeholders, validate documents to KYC/CIP standards, collaborate with underwriters and internal teams, and maintain accurate loan data while adapting to regulatory and process changes.
