Lead and run 10-20 growth experiments per quarter from hypothesis to analysis to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. Use product analytics and customer insights to define metrics, validate ideas, and recommend roadmap changes while partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and analytics.

Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliations. Maintain accounting integrity across GL accounts, inventory, taxes, intercompany, fixed assets, and cash management. Prepare audit support, document policies and processes, and support onboarding and training within the finance team.

Design, build, and maintain Scala-based ETL and streaming data pipelines, APIs, and data microservices in Azure. Optimize LLM fine-tuning and RAG workflows, support DevOps/CI-CD practices, document standards, mentor engineers, and manage data ingestion frameworks for analytics and partner integrations.

Lead sourcing for assigned internal client groups, run RFXs in Scanmarket, research and negotiate supplier contracts, measure sourcing value, and manage multiple projects to deliver cost savings.
