Build and evolve GoodShip's internal platform to improve developer experience, CI/CD, IaC, observability, data reliability, and automation. Partner with engineering teams to define SLIs/SLOs, implement monitoring and alerting, eliminate bottlenecks, and scale platform operations to enable fast, reliable software delivery.

Sell enterprise storage platforms in the West region through partners. Manage strategic relationships, develop proposals and RFP/RFI responses, run competitive takeout campaigns, and work with presales and post-sales teams to close quota-bearing deals while traveling to customer sites.

Build, operate, and own cloud-native backend services and platform infrastructure (primarily in AWS) to enable data pipelines, analytics, and application workloads. Write production Python code, implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), deploy containerized workloads, design observability and CI/CD, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.

Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and category support for sourcing and procurement. Maintain supplier data in Process Unity, Salesforce, and ERP systems, drive supplier performance reviews, assist negotiations, prepare contracts via DocuSign, support PO/SSA tasks, cleanse datasets, and collaborate cross-functionally to standardize and optimize processes.

Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliations. Maintain accounting integrity across GL accounts, inventory, taxes, intercompany, fixed assets, and cash management. Prepare audit support, document policies and processes, and support onboarding and training within the finance team.

Design, build, and maintain Scala-based ETL and streaming data pipelines, APIs, and data microservices in Azure. Optimize LLM fine-tuning and RAG workflows, support DevOps/CI-CD practices, document standards, mentor engineers, and manage data ingestion frameworks for analytics and partner integrations.

Lead sourcing for assigned internal client groups, run RFXs in Scanmarket, research and negotiate supplier contracts, measure sourcing value, and manage multiple projects to deliver cost savings.

Design and lead end-to-end VMS integration solutions (Fieldglass, VNDLY, Beeline). Own architecture, HRT configuration, data modeling, integrations, testing, documentation, and technical leadership across onshore/offshore teams.
