Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Debt Settlement Providers, leading regular touchpoints and monthly performance presentations. Lead second-line oversight of enterprise issue and incident management: assess classifications, root causes, and remediation; drive investigations, lessons learned, metrics, and governance reporting; partner with business and regional risk teams to identify systemic risks and improve controls using analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Lead paid acquisition strategy and a small team to drive subscriber growth across digital channels. Own channel allocation, testing, AI-augmented workflows, experimentation, attribution, and partnerships with engineering and data to automate and scale acquisition while monitoring performance and risk.
