The Website Strategy & Experience Lead will define and evolve the website strategy to optimize user acquisition and conversion, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the web platform.

Lead partnerships strategy and execution focusing on technology, expand the partnership program, and drive revenue through collaborations with major companies.

Provide fractional chief-of-staff and executive support to clients nationwide, coordinating priorities, stakeholders, and strategic and operational initiatives on a part-time or project basis.

Own and improve platform performance, reliability, and deployment automation. Manage cloud infrastructure, implement IaC, monitor systems with observability tools, provide operational support for distributed applications, and integrate production learnings into development workflows.

Conduct hands-on research into attacker techniques across OS, identity, cloud, and enterprise environments. Design and implement production-grade, adaptive attack emulations, architect decision-making logic, develop security-focused code, integrate findings into the platform, and mentor team members.

Six-month full-time paid internship (remote/hybrid). Interns will generate leads, support sales proposals and email campaigns, manage customer records, conduct market research, run social media/newsletter activities, attend meetings, and prepare reports. Monthly stipend; potential full-time offer.

Design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and CI/CD. Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts, QA, and stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant (HIPAA/SOX/PII) and maintainable implementations, participate in code and architecture reviews, and support post-release monitoring and troubleshooting.

Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, CMDB). Define architecture and governance, build scoped apps with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, lead integrations via REST/SOAP and MID Server, optimize platform performance and security, provide technical leadership, and support presales solutioning.

Support the sponsorship sales team by creating compelling presentations, conducting sponsor research, building prospect lists, assisting outreach, coordinating sponsor fulfillment and post-show reporting, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive sponsorship revenue growth for consumer boat shows.
